The DTN serves global companies and government clients. They have included: Schlumberger, Sanoma Learning and Literature, Rabobank, KPN, Nokia, Vodafone, Dutch and Scandinavian governments, the City of Rotterdam, Shell, KONE, Telenor, and Kongsberg.
DTN scenario projects range from one-day workshops to a full-scale multi-year process, involving: • Sequential workshops to assess the Driving Forces and Uncertainties impacting change in the scenario space • Hands-on experiential activities that prompt creative thinking to envision possible futures; such as, learning journeys, clay modeling, games, simulations. • Global interviews with up to 30 experts around the world, bringing insights from a range of fields and actors: government ministers, CEOs, cultural entrepreneurs, journalists, academics, Internet pioneers, leaders in Web 2.0 technologies… • Building a scenario set that anticipates the challenges and surprises that can come with change • Strategic interventions, that challenge and create immediate shifts and long-term opportunities • A dedicated early warning system, featuring the DTN ScenarioConsole, to keep the scenarios current with new insights and updates. The console currently tracks thousands of sources of news.
